For the health and safety of our patrons, staff, and communities, the Huron County Library has moved to curbside service at all 12 branches.

Until further notice, all branches will be closed to in-person browsing. Computer use is limited to half hour sessions and must be booked ahead with local branch staff. Patrons can also contact their local branch to arrange for vaccine receipt printing and pickup.

Throughout this time, library patrons will continue to have full access to the library’s online catalogue to place holds on materials for pick-up at their local branch. Please visit the library’s online catalogue or call your local branch for assistance. Borrowed materials should continue to be returned at any library book drop, which will remain open.

All Huron County Library card holders can also access all of our online resources from home, including cloudLibrary, Kanopy, Hoopla, and more!

If you require any assistance with placing holds on materials, accessing online services, or renewing or setting up a new library card, please call your local branch during operating hours – branch staff are available to help!
