Taking care of yourself during these stressful times is so important and we are pleased to partner with Janie van Essen, of Blue Owl Mindfulness, to offer free on-going weekly meditation and mindfulness groups. These groups meet virtually every Wednesday, 1-2 p.m. or 8-9 p.m. New participants are welcome to join anytime.
Meditators have shared that participating in this group and ‘sitting’ together builds belonging.
