The Huron County Library and Scientists in School present Colour my World!, a free, hands-on virtual STEM workshop for kids ages 4-12. Hosted through live and interactive video, kids can work along with real scientists to learn about Science.
Colour is everywhere! Without it our world would be a very dull place. Use colour to watch water defy gravity, explore rainbows and create a sun catcher. Use chemistry to create new colours. Curious? Come and explore some colourful science.
REGISTRATION: Only 15 spaces are available, so please register by Friday, Feb. 25 by emailing askalibrarian@huroncounty.ca. Please include your name, phone number, email address and your local branch so we can arrange pick-up of the science kit and send you the workshop link.
This event is sponsored by Nuclear Waste Management Organization.
